Mission Statement
The Offutt Ridge Board of Directors and Officers strive to enforce the
covenants and by-laws of the Home Owner's Association by channeling complaints,
offering advice and information, resolving issues, acting as a liaison
between the community and county and state agencies, justifying actions
and decisions, reviewing and approving contracts and legal actions, and
communicating appropriate feedback relative and relevant to the neighborhood
of Offutt Ridge and the home owners it represents.
